I was searching for something to have for dessert last night (I'm trying to steer clear of dextrose treats for a while) and I came across a recipe for yoghurt ice.  I am going to try a better recipe but this is all I done and it was lovely! Mix together 200g of yoghurt (I like the natural pot set one from Aldi), 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 spoonfuls of dextrose (you may require more).  Mix together and put in freezer for a few hours.  The recipe called for a strawberry ripple, just by wizzing up some strawberries and swirrling it though, thought it was a great idea which I definitely want to try, but my plain old vanilla one was a hit with my son but the unfortunate thing is he ate half of it lol.

That would make a great iceblock, thanks.  I am going to make some and freeze into iceblocks.
You could dole out one iceblock at a time Janelle, instead of losing half straight off.
