I saw this on good chef bad chef and it was quite simple, easy and contained no sugar.  I tried it last night with just some simple cheese as a side dish with out dinner and it tastes really good.

In a food processor with a a mixing blade or dough blade add some self raising flour (around 1 1/2 cups), Add around 2 tablespoons of olive oil, process until blended then in the pouring tube pour in enough water so the mixture comes together in a ball.  Put on a floured surface and knead until smooth.  Roll out to fit a pizza try or any other baking try you have (put it on one of those biscuits trays and you can make a square one).  Drizzle on a few drops of olive oil and spread over.  Put on your sauce and toppings and your done.

For a simple sauce I just simmer some passata in a small saucepan with some garlic and herbs for a nice pizza dough.
