Christmas Balls (Rum Balls)

    4 Vita Brits - crushed, 2oz powdered milk, 2oz cocoa, 4oz Coconut - Mix in a bowl

    In a saucepan put - 3oz butter, 4oz dextrose, 2 tablespoons Milk, and a squeeze of lemon, bring to the boil, stir all the time, so to stop burning on the bottom, after 2-3 mins mix into dry ingredients. (you may add rum or rum essence) I put 2 cap fulls to this mix. Form into balls and roll in coconut.

    If the mixture is a bit dry and hard to form balls add some extra cold milk if required

    I double this recipe everytime and keep them in the freezer, they don't take long to defrost.
