Hi everyone,

I had coffee with a friend recently and saw a chocolate marshmallow slice in the display case.  It looked delicious.  I never had any but kept thinking about it for days.  Then David added his party recipes to the site and there were marshmallows.

So I used his chocolate slice recipe from the quit plan book, and made a batch of marshmallow flavoured coloured pink, and flavoured with artificial strawberry.  Poured it on top of the slice, while it was still in the tray.  Only took a little while to set in the fridge.

It was absolutely delicious.  I have since made it again, coloured blue (for baby shower for a boy) and flavoured with imitation rose water.  Once again, tasted really yummy.  And had good feedback from the non-believers who tried it.

Finding it quite exciting making these sugar free delights.
