1 cup rice oats
1 cup rice bran
1 cup rice puffs
1 cup crushed mixed nuts
1/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Mix all together, place on roasting tray and bake at 150C for 10 minutes, stir and roast a futher 10 minutes. allow to cool and store in airtight container. You don't need to roast if you don't want to, but that's the way I like it.
