    I'm exploring making my own chocolate from scratch. First attempt today and not bad. Had the real, dark chocolate taste that wasn't sweet. I added some dextrose and a splenda sachet to boost up the sweetness level a bit. As soon as I've perfected the recipe (or as close to perfect as I can get it) I will post it. Michelle
