3 EGG WHITES
3/4 cup DEXTROSE
20ml WHISKEY
20ml BRANDY
20ml LIGHT RUM
20ml KAHLUA
340ml CREAM
Pinch of NUTMEG
Pinch of SALT
METHOD:
Whisk yolks and sugar until thick.
Whisk in Spirits and Cream
Beat Egg White to soft Peak
Fold into the rest.
