    Hi looking for info on how much sugar is in the wrap bread that comes from subway.
    Also Hot chilli sauce, my favourite

    This was not listed in the subway help guide.
    Does anyone know?

    just from memory - he might not say how much sugar in the wrap bread but I thought he commented about how it doesn't have very much but the wrap wouldn't fill you up because they're so small.. sorry I don't know the answer!

    I don't think the wrap would be too much of a problem, but the Hot Chilli sauce would have heaps of sugar in it.  Found this information, but it is USA, so I suppose flat bread would be a wrap

    Thanks for that according to this wraps/flatbread have sugar in it but wheat bread does not.
