It contains about 45% sucrose (cane sugar)  so about 23% fructose.  I don't have access to my books at the moment. But I'm sure it gets a mention in the tables of fructose content.

The only palatable substitute i have found is  "Pure Harvest"  Rice Malt Syrup, which can be bought from Coles for under $4. It's a bit runny, so I keep mine in the fridgeI
