I'm hoping someone can clear up some confusion for me. In the Sweet Poison Quit Plan Corn Syrup is on the Unsafe "sugar" list (on pg 170) yet on the purse guide that appears on this website Corn Syrup appears on the Good list and High Fructose Corn Syrup appears on the Bad list. I thought they were one and the same. I can find loads of things in the supermarket with Corn Syrup listed as an ingredient but nothing with High Fructose Corn Syrup listed. Apologies if this is a repeat question.
