How Much Sugar?

    Hi guys,

    I'm on day 3 and REALLY feeling crap today!

    Day one was ok....got a bit tired in the arvo and worse as night went on. 
    Day two, again really tired and weak around the 4pm mark.
    Today, Massive headache from the moment I woke up at 8am & still counting! Arghhhhh...it's shocking!
    Any suggestions on making life a little less painful during withdrawal??

    I also work out 6 days a week but have not set foot in my gym since I started because I feel like I can barely walk to the kitchen for a water at times!

    I'm not craving sugar really & am feeling less bloated, so that's a bonus I guess!

    Surprisingly you get over this stage faster than you think. Just keep reminding yourself how good you will feel after. I just told myself it's no worse than a headcold or flu! I have bipolar and knew it would be a challenge but the positive effects are wonderful. Youight find releif in the long term from other ailments. My husband can now have dairy and my son is less hyperactive (he has add) The saying no pai no gain can come in really handy here. Everyone has different withdrawal symptoms. Just make sure your symptoms are from withdrawal and not another problem.
