Hi guys,
I'm on day 3 and REALLY feeling crap today!
Day one was ok....got a bit tired in the arvo and worse as night went on.
Day two, again really tired and weak around the 4pm mark.
Today, Massive headache from the moment I woke up at 8am & still counting! Arghhhhh...it's shocking!
Any suggestions on making life a little less painful during withdrawal??
I also work out 6 days a week but have not set foot in my gym since I started because I feel like I can barely walk to the kitchen for a water at times!
I'm not craving sugar really & am feeling less bloated, so that's a bonus I guess!
