    HI My name is Maree and I bought David's book sweet poison late february onlne, and started following it first week in march. So far have lost quite a bit. I weighed in at 90 kgs at the beginning and now weigh 84.3.  Havent lost any this week but thats okay. Have dropped from size 18 trousers to  16 already and my jeans belt was TOO big and my husband had to make more holes in it. This was awesome for me as have been overweight for  years and  have multiple autoimmune problems.  I feel so much better and have weaned myself off my pain killers as well.  I must admit have been using a chocolate bar with Stevia as occasional treat but might stop that now in light of what have read about Stevia being a bit of an unknown product. I am hoping to eventually get down to about 75 kgs. I already notice I no longer snack all day  and have more of a savoury palate now rather than a sweet one.  I eat my main meal on a smaller plate also. I need to reduce my bread consumation a bit. I have just bought the Big fat lies book and am reading that now and hope to get to the bit soon about what oils I should use. cheers for now .
