- Hi all well I started my final weight loss journey last Wednesday the 14th, final because this all makes sense and is going to work. Whenever I started a new diet I would always go straight to the low fat, diet deserts, chocolates etc In 4 days I feel that I have lost my sugar addiction but don't want to get too cocky . Feeling more energetic, haven't had sugar although eating some fatty foods.small weight loss but just don't crave sugar yeah
