I have scrolled through and ready many of the post as well as both books.
I am about 4 days into being sugar free...
I would like to make sure I have things straight in my own mind, and hopefully this will help out other newbies.
So sugar is out that much I know....
- LABELS 0-3g of sugar per 100g? or 0-5g on dairy products?
- 2 serves of fruit a day is okay
- Dextrose is okay IF going cold turkey
- Maximum of 10g of fructose a day
- to determine fructose content we halve the amount of sugar on a label?
Am I on the right path?
