Hi,

Im 4 weeks in and i think i may be finally turning a corner.  I had an outing Sat night which meant i consumed quite a few glasses of champagne.  I genuinelly thought it would not affect me.  I spent the later part of the night in the toilet being sick (sorry)!!!! I was still ill the next day and everything tasted so surgary to me.  Im assuming i was so sick because of the massive sugar overload???

Anyone else been silly enough to have drinks????
