    Hello

I've only just recently become a member, as well as paying for the quit book. I've not yet received the book.  Is there an email I could use to follow this up? I couldn't find one easily on the home page.

Hi I joined last week and I just got the book yesterday.  I think they have been inundated with orders since ACA. But I finally received it and now I start the journey in earnest.  It hasn't been that hard to stop the sugar - then I read about balsamic vinegar !!  Oh no. I love this on my salads and with bread.  Will go back to lemon juice and olive oil instead.  Also my husband loves vegemite and that's great, but he has toast with jam as well.  Any ideas on making jam with glucose ? might try some. The brownie slice was a hit too.  Good luck !!

I got my book yesterday also.  Have not read it all yet.  Trying to cut back while I read it and convert family so hope withdrawals won't be as bad.  I always thought I got caffine headaches when I didn't have my coffee but now realise it was from sugar.

    Can you use diet jam?

I love the idea of the old sao with cream cheese and tomato or vegemite worms.  Sound better than those so called healthy museli bars that I thought was doing the right thing.

Well got to go back to reading then clean out (lucky tomorrows rubbish day) then shopping.

    Good luck all.

    Hi Kaylene

I had trouble signing on originally and replied to the email that your username and password came on.  David replied straight away.

The thought of aspartame puts me off the diet jams.  Worried about the cancer associations with anything artificial now.  Would be better to just give up the jam really.
