Hi all
I watched David's presentation on ACA last night and the message was loud and clear. I am a complete sugar addict who can consume 5L of Sprite per day easily as well as any number of chocolate bars, marshmallow and anything else that is sugar laden.
I gave up Coca-Cola 2 months ago and all I did was replace it with Sprite. Today has been my first day of not having any fizzy-drink or fruit juice at all and I am surprised at how much I didn't miss it.
I ordered the book today and will start reading just as soon as I get it. I have also printed some of the sugar guides and will do the rest tomorrow when I have access to a real printer.
I am not looking forward to the withdrawal from sugar, but I am looking forward to improved overall well-being. Now I just need to convince the family.
