I just tried Kaarina's 5 minute chocolate cake, which I thoroughly enjoyed.  Can you please tell me what the optional 'goaties' are?

ah goaties .... for a little while there, they were just about the only confectioanry you could buy that didn't contain sugar.  They are goats milk lollies which look a little like chocolate flavoured panadol tablets.  They are sweetened with glucose rather than sugar.  Unfortunately, they are very hard to get a hold of.  If your supermarket has them, they'll be in the health food aisle ... good luck!

You can purchase Goaties at the Coles in Southland (Melbourne), in the health food aisle.  They come in a little packet and are usually down at the bottom of the shelves!  Happy hunting.
