I sometimes enjoy drinking Southern Comfort, and in your book you explain that liqueurs have 'vast amounts of sugar', so I checked google to see whether Southern Comfort was a liqueur or not, and can't find an answer!  There is some discussion on whether it's a liquor or liqueur but I couldn't find a final decision.  Can you help please?  It certainly does have a sweet taste, so I suspect it's off my list of treats!
