Just reading David's comments on post menopausal women and how lack of Oestrogen can perhaps increase the quantity of fatty acids converted from fructose in these women - posing greater health risks.

So I guess I should be grateful for my Oestrogen and the wonderful way it pads my thighs up every month. But I'd rather it wasn't so generous!

I notice SUCH a difference in the PMT days of my cycle in terms of hunger, bloatedness, poor digestion, moodiness. Very real physical experiences that overcome me... Is this Oestrogen working over time? Since limiting Fructose 3 weeks ago I have felt BRILLIANT and haven't experienced any excess hunger, cravings, drops in mood... until now, PMT time.

What is going on in my body? I know it's all releated, but what exactly is the process? If I understand it better I might be able to deal with it better?!

    Hayley.

Hayley ... I'm gonna look into this ... there simply must be some research on PMT and fructose! ... will let you know.

    Cheers
