Hi Everyone, Just found David's website and spent yesterday watching Lustig's 90 minute presentation. It was simply PROFOUND! Absolutely PROFOUND..... I have been on a health journey for the last 18 months and over the last 3 months, I am finally starting to get answers!! I was recently diagnosed as hypoglycemic and I also have a severe intolerance to yeast and wheat. This is the result of years of abuse with sugar, bread products and fatty foods... Lucky I'm an active person, so I am still a fairly healthy 61kgs. Anyhow, the hypoglycemic diagnosis has had the biggest impact on me and lead me to research sugar substitutes and there effects on the body... With my hypoglycemic treatment I cannot have any sugar at all, but I was trying for the sugar-free options... I'm far better informed now.... I feel like a better person for knowing the TRUTH!! So today is Day 1 of being on "the other side".... I'll keep you updated on how I go... Thanks David for your crusade..... Katie
