Hi, My name is Teresa & despite David saying not to start withdrawal around "chocolate" time (Easter) I commenced Easter weekend & can proudly say I didn't touch a "drop". Because I know one small mouthful will mean an insatiable appetite for the stuff! I have gone cold turkey but with dextrose only for my cup of tea. I could give up everything else but not sugar in my tea. I'm delighted that my body shape is changing rapidly & I am now in control of my appetite . Any way, in my search, I found in Woollies, a milk additive called Sugar Free Kids. And as I loved banana Nesquik I thought I'd give it a try. Its great, especially when I feel like something sweet . NIP says 4 tspns has 0.15g sugars & 13.9g erythritol -all allowed . I don't even need 4tspns in my glass

    Hi Teresa,

I think these are the ones sweetened with Natvia/Stevia? I have the chocolate and strawberry too and my kids love some with milk as a treat before bed :) Geat product! I also found chocolate sweetened with Stevia in the chocolate isle! Definately not as sweet as Cadbury but a square of the dark peppermint is great after a meal if you're craving something sweet.

    Cheers,

    Sam

Thanks folks!  Well I don't like it not in any flavour but am glad for the tip for visiting grandchildren.  Will add to my shopping list, thank you.
I am 75 and my doc. last week sent me for a blood test.  The one for diabetes showed up "no sugar in blood", it had a number, probably zero but am not sure.  I told him my husband and I stopped having sugar about 9 months ago to which he replied, "Well that explains it.  No sugar, no diabetes".

Hi Teresa, thanks for that I purchased the chocolate flavour from Woolworths the other day, and I take some with me when I go out.  As I do not drink tea or coffee I have taken it with me to the local cafe when meeting friends and I have them make my hot chocolate using this.  It is great and no feeling of being deprived.  I also found the same brand at Coles, for adults, not the kids,  I am guessing it would be the same
