I was told about David's books some weeks ago and decided to buy a couple of them and see what they were all about.
I am so glad I did and have just ordered the newest book 'Toxic Oils'
My husband is a diabetic and it has been so hard keeping him off the sugars, but not any more, he is as hooked as I am.
I bought an ice cream maker to-day and now I am going to experiment!! I have already made the Shortbread and the Banana Cake. Both turned out well and satisfies my husband's need for something to eat for morning tea.
