    HI my name is carmel i would like to know what flour is best to use wholemeal or white flour and also is corn flour ok

    Hi Carmel I use ordinary white four an wholemeal an cornflour, have also experimented with coconut flour I dont think it makes much difference what you use unless your avoiding wheat.

    any type of flour is fine, they shouldn't contain any added sugar.  I have noticed though some different types of flours if you look at the nutritional panel do say sugar, this should be minimal (maybe about 0.3g per 100 grams) and would be natural sugars.  I mainly use white flour but it also depends on the recipe.
