    Hi,

    I thought I had it all sorted.....low fat... exercise.....self control...but still I get bigger and bigger.

    I believe this makes so much sense.   I have given up on sugar for a week now...not long I know, but very proud of myself.

    Hope I will be a success story.

    Me too . .  Don't give up! Just quit!  :-)  
    If things seem to be going a bit slow, just think how long it took you to get to where you are.

    Good Luck.
    I too have tried the low fat, low sugar yo yo, including shakes, pills and what have you.
    After meeting David at a conference I decided to really give this a go.
    I have not been losing much weight, but do feel better and not as hungry. I also don't think about food all the time.
    Good luck to you and let us know how you progress.

    Same for all of the above. I have in this last week decided to stop jumping on the scales an just go with the flow I know when certain clothes feel good on or bad, and I know what I'm eating is right so it was time to stop stressing over numbers. Enjoy your sugar free life.
