I have had two friends who recommended David's book after they lost weight after following the no sugar plan. I would like to encourage people to consider this as a lifestyle change rather then a diet.
I have been following the advice in the book with my husband. We decided not to weigh ourselves for at least a month after commencing. We have become more active, appear to have more energy and a positive attitude in modifying our eating which historically consisted of high sugar foods. I feel liberated and more importantly have a sense of control.
