    Hi all,

read all the books and am strongly convinced as you all are of the dangers of sugar.

I would love to see an electronic version selling for under $10 which has the links to all the references available for those who are heavily into electronic mediums.  The more people we can get to have an understanding of the process and evils of sugar the more chance we have of getting sugar free products and just as important free of the bad oils.

lost 4 kg in 4 weeks and no craving for sugar

    thanks David.

    Gary,

They are readily available as ebooks. Just do a Google search - try the Penguin site for starters.

One has to be careful about "selling" the concept. It's a bit like religious proselytizing . . . people are easily put off if they think they are being "sold" something they don't want to know about.  It's hard to sit back and see people killing themselves with food. But in the end, it really is their choice.

I have been a dreadful bore at times over the last couple of years trying to save people from themselves. But have reached the point that I will offer them some information if they look like they need it. I don't push it past that unless they are interested.

I have complied a file comprising the samples of the 3 books which David has on his web site. If you give me your email address I can send you a copy of this file. johnn31@bigpond.com

You might also like to discuss this question with David via the "Contact Us" link of the Sweet Poison home page.

Congratulations on your progress - 1kg per week is fantastic!

Hi, It would be good to get the word out there but people have their own ideas about what they eat. My own daughter said the idea of less sugar was a good idea but no sugar was a bit extreme and we should have a happy medium, but if you really understand the danger of the hidden suger in food it's not hard to overdose!

    Cheers, Eva
