Hi, Glenda here, started sugar free two weeks ago, and no problems so far. I am not having any withdrawal symptoms like others seem to, I didn't actually eat a lot of sugar anyway, but was staggered by the amounts in packaged food etc.
I am using Stavia on my porridge at breakfast, but that is about it, the occasional diet soda but not a big fan of them either.
I am using Grapeseed Oil for cooking, any comments on that one in place of vegetable oil, which I never use anyway.
