How Much Sugar?

    Hi, Glenda here, started sugar free two weeks ago, and no problems so far. I am not having any withdrawal symptoms like others seem to, I didn't actually eat a lot of sugar anyway, but was staggered by the amounts in packaged food etc. 
    I am using Stavia on my porridge at breakfast, but that is about it, the occasional diet soda but not a big fan of them either.
    I am using Grapeseed Oil for cooking, any comments on that one in place of vegetable oil, which I never use anyway.

    There's all sorts of opinions out there, so it's hard to be sure.  My copy of Big Fat Lies is on loan so I can't look in that.  Personally, I'd say no, I'd avoid it.  I only use avocado oil ( on salads ) and olive oil ( for everything else ).  If I were to deep fry foods, I would use an animal fat to do it.
