Hi everyone. My name is Linda and I'm a chocolate maker. Sounds like a confession I know .. oh and I was a huge consumer of all things sweet. I cut ALL sugars out of my diet 5 months ago, lost 15kgs and feel great. Thanks David! I've just added fructose-free chocolate to our range (initially because my sister and I wanted to eat it!) and we're having fun producing our own chocolates.

Hi, and welcome !!! How are you sweetening it ? Are you using malitol, or dextrose, or something else ? Any chance you're going to do the boxed chocolates sugar free ? You can count me in as a client if you do.... :-)

I lost 16 kg in 2 months and am keeping it off, with no trouble.  But I eat sugar once a week, when I go to my inlaws, the weekly chocolate ritual is hard to shake off.  A nice sugar free option would be awesome.

*sigh* no reply.  My guess is that she's buying in a sugar free chocolate in, which is good to know, but I doubt she's making sugar free chocolates :(

looking at the website it doesn't really give much detail either. Would be intersting to see what type of sweetener is used and if infact it is fructose free.

I spent $8 on 45 g of 'sugar free' chocolate the other day, and it was sweetened with agave.

local chocolate shop claimed to have sugar free chocolate but close inspection revealed it had agave syrup.

hope that it does not have this

I think I bought the same one - $8 for 45g ? I figured it couldn't have more than 10 g of sugar, so at that price, I ate it.  VERY nice, but obviously not again.
