But the bottom line is i dont really care how long it takes for my body to get it, I am still never dieting again and the s/f life makes me feel great.
Hello Debra
This is interesting, you haven't lost any weight and not put any on..........I would say this is progress.......that BMI thing isn't for real human beings, it's just some set of measurements dreamed up by someone. If I went by it, I would be obese........and I'm far from that. I do weights, particularly upper body work.......it includes an exercise for my trunk............result..........my waist is "bigger" than the BMI says it should be. I have put muscle on around the waist, but this helps my back stay in good shape.
I feel that you are at the ideal weight for your body and that is why you don't lose or gain weight.
But I bet you feel a lot lot better than you did last year. Sugar free will make you a lot healthier and your sense of well being will go up.
I have been doing this for two years now and can still overeat on odd days. It happens.........we are human and have been overeating for far longer than we've been sugar free. It takes different times for different people..........that's what makes if fun
There is no "correct" weight, size or shape.
Good luck to you for the future
cheers
Freda
